Future Water and Power Consulting LLC (FWPC) is working on the project as Owners Engineer (OE) and their scope include Project Management, Contract Management, Basic and Detailed Design Review, Factory Inspection Test (FAT), QA/AC, Construction Supervision, Commissioning Supervision.
The substation is scheduled for completion is June 2026.
